Reservations

By making a reservation on our website, you agree to provide true and accurate information. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if we detect false or inaccurate information. Reservations are subject to room availability.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies according to the type of rate booked. Non-refundable rates do not allow cancellations or modifications. For flexible rates, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid charges. Cancellations outside this time frame may be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is until 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the hotel facilities during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the costs of repair or replacement of the damage caused to the customer's credit card.

Use of Facilities

The use of the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, gym and other common areas, is at the client's own risk. The hotel is not responsible for any accident or injury occurring during the use of the facilities.
